Eastern Gateway serves Columbiana, Jefferson, Mahoning and Trumbull Counties with seven locations -- the main campus at Jefferson County Campus, Steubenville; Valley Center, Youngstown; Warren Center, Warren; Choffin Career and Technical Center, Youngstown; Columbiana County Career and Technical Center, Lisbon; Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, Canfield; and Trumbull Career and Technical Center, Warren.

Since 1977, the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center has provided career-technical training programs for high school students in the surrounding communities. The CCCTC offers a focused, career-oriented education for students who wish to achieve success in a chosen career, in college, in the military, or wherever their paths may lead. Students benefit from hands-on training in programs grouped under six career categories: Human Services, Manufacturing, Communication and Information Technology, Health Services, Transportation, and Environmental And Agricultural Systems.
