April has showered and now things are flowering! Everything is beautiful and people are out and about, enjoying our lovely city. There's SO much to do! Main Street Theater will be opening on May 8 and will begin running movies immediately, new and old releases. They will also be featuring live, local entertainment. Sounds like fun! The park is sprucing things up for the coming summer - take a hike on the new walking trails and see what's blooming. Or you could take a walk and visit our local merchants during "Springtime in Columbiana" on May 2-3 and see what everyone has to offer! There will be lots of opportunities to "celebrate Mom" on Mother's Day in Columbiana - the Dutch Village Inn is hosting a special luncheon (call for details) and Main Street Theater welcomes moms to a dessert buffet and special "Breakfast at Tiffany's" matinee (call for details). Probably the most important thing Columbiana will be doing in May is honoring on veterans on Memorial Day (May 26) with our annual parade and service.

You may support our businesses and community by attending any of these public meetings:
