The Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce and the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber proudly present the 2026 Harvey Awards, a premier morning celebration honoring individuals and organizations whose leadership, innovation, and commitment contributed to the betterment of the City of Columbiana.
Join us Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 7:30–9:30 a.m. at The Barn at Firestone in the heart of Columbiana as we recognize exceptional leaders whose innovation and community leadership are driving growth and opportunity throughout Columbiana and beyond.
The Columbiana Area Chamber is honored to welcome Crestview High School graduate Adam Hickman, Ph.D., a globally recognized leadership strategist, author and organizational development executive whose work bridges behavioral science and practical leadership. As vice president of organizational and employee development for Partners Federal Credit Union, serving The Walt Disney Company, he helps shape leadership development within one of the world’s most complex and recognizable organizations. Previously with Gallup, Hickman advised Fortune 500 leaders and presented at conferences globally.
For more than a decade, the Harvey Awards have stood as one of the Columbiana Area Chamber’s most respected honors — shining a spotlight on leaders who not only succeed in business, but invest in the growth, vitality, and prosperity of the City of Columbiana.

The Harvey Awards recognize individuals and organizations whose 2025 achievements strengthened education, inspired young leaders, drove entrepreneurship, advanced business growth and improved quality of life across Columbiana.
Chamber members are encouraged to nominate deserving peers in the following categories:
